Growing Counseling Team Website

When OCD & Anxiety Therapy of The Woodlands came to Trulove Webworks, the practice was just beginning. The owner came to us with a vision for the counseling practice she wanted to build and needed a brand and website that could bring that vision to life while giving her room to grow.

We started by developing a cohesive brand that reflected the welcoming, professional, and specialized nature of the practice. From there, we designed and built a custom website around that identity, creating an online presence that clearly communicated who they help, the therapies they offer, and what prospective clients could expect when reaching out.

For a counseling practice, we knew the website needed to accomplish more than simply look professional. People searching for support with OCD and anxiety may already feel overwhelmed by the process of finding the right therapist. The website needed to make information approachable and easy to navigate while helping potential clients understand the practice’s areas of expertise and feel confident taking the next step.

Just as importantly, we built the website knowing that the practice had ambitions beyond where it was at launch. The structure gave us room to continually add new services, therapies, events, resources, and team members without needing to rethink the website every time the business reached a new stage.

That flexibility quickly became important.

Since launching the website, our relationship with OCD & Anxiety Therapy of The Woodlands has continued through ongoing website support. We work together regularly to keep the site aligned with what is happening within the practice, whether that means promoting an upcoming event, adding information about a new therapy, expanding educational content, or welcoming another provider to the team.

And there have been quite a few new team members to add.

Since we began working together, the practice has grown by six team members and reached the point of being fully booked. As the business has expanded, the website has expanded right along with it, giving prospective clients an accurate picture of the growing team and the range of support now available through the practice.

This is one of the reasons we believe a business website should never be viewed as a one-time project. A good website needs to work for the business you have today while being flexible enough to support the business you are working toward.

OCD & Anxiety Therapy of The Woodlands is a perfect example of that philosophy. What started as one counselor with a dream has grown into a thriving practice with a growing team, expanded therapies, community events, and an established presence in The Woodlands.

It has been incredibly rewarding to watch that growth happen and to continue playing a small part in supporting it. Because we have worked together from the beginning, we understand the brand, the practice, and its goals, making it easy to continually evolve the website as new opportunities arise.

This project represents some of our favorite work: taking an entrepreneur’s initial vision, creating a brand and website that give it a strong foundation, and then staying alongside them as that vision becomes a growing, successful business.
