About The Project:

When Sun Source Pools came to Trulove Webworks, they were starting without an established logo or brand identity. The husband-and-wife owners knew they needed a professional presence for their pool company, but they came into the project with very different ideas about how the brand and website should look. Our first challenge was finding the common ground between those visions and turning it into an identity that genuinely represented their business.

We worked through the branding process together, exploring different visual directions and identifying the elements that resonated with both owners. Ultimately, we developed a brand that feels bright, inviting, and polished while still reflecting the quality of the custom pools and outdoor spaces Sun Source Pools creates.

Once the visual identity was established, we carried that direction throughout the website. For a pool builder, the website is an especially visual sales tool. Potential customers want to see what a company is capable of before they ever make a call, so showcasing Sun Source Pools’ completed work became an important part of our strategy.

We organized their project portfolio to make it easy for visitors to explore their work and see the variety of styles, features, and outdoor environments the company can create. Instead of simply displaying a collection of photos, we wanted the portfolio to help potential customers picture what Sun Source Pools could create in their own backyard.

The rest of the website was structured around making the decision process as easy as possible for prospective customers. Visitors can quickly learn about the company, understand its services, explore previous projects, and take the next step toward discussing a new pool. Clear calls to action throughout the site provide natural opportunities to reach out without making the experience feel overly sales-focused.

Because Sun Source Pools serves homeowners throughout Montgomery County, Texas, it was also important that the website clearly establish who they serve and where they work. The site provides a strong digital home for the company and a foundation that can continue supporting their marketing as the business grows.

One of our favorite parts of this project was navigating the two different creative perspectives at the beginning. Branding is personal, especially for owner-operated businesses, and it isn’t unusual for business partners to have very different ideas about what represents them. Our job isn’t simply to choose one direction over another. It’s to listen, identify what each person is responding to, and develop a solution that supports the business while still feeling right to the people behind it.

For Sun Source Pools, that process resulted in a brand and website both owners could feel confident in.

The finished website combines a bright, welcoming visual identity with a strong emphasis on the company’s craftsmanship. Their portfolio takes center stage, their services are easy to understand, and potential customers have a clear path from discovering the company to reaching out about their own backyard project.

Sun Source Pools is a great example of how thoughtful branding and website strategy can work together to turn two different creative visions into one cohesive presence—giving a growing Montgomery County pool builder a professional platform designed to showcase its work and help turn visitors into customers.
